Wes Handley's knowledge of the investment
process was instrumental in establishing the Klamath First
Savings and Loan subsidiary of Klamath First
Financial. The organization structure that was
developed allowed successful multi-office growth flexibility
and continuity of product delivery within a traditional
branch banking system. Klamath First Financial was
profitable from inception and continued to increase
quarterly net profit until the holding company merged with a
larger banking system approximately four years after initial
rollout.
